 1.       Text A is an notice because  its directed to a specific category

2.    Text B is not an announcement but an advertisement, the reason is, I found the the deviniton of advertising is is a new resolution, and the text containing a new resolution about the shop, and also on the bottom of the text, they said there will be a discount (advertising).

3.    Text C is an invitation, the definition of invitation is a written or verbal request inviting someone to go somewhere or to do something. The text is inveted people to celebrate the pregnancy of the couple.

4.       Text  D and E are announcement because An announcement is used for giving people some information of what has happened or what will happen. we could find that on the text D and E.
